      Pros

      I met kind people that I'm still friends with now.

      Cons

      There was a big focus on change management, but changes that actually needed to happen never did. There wasn't much accountability for mid-level leadership and getting departments to work together toward a goal was almost impossible. It felt like every person for themself.

      Decent company to work. Learning curve is good, colleagues are good. WLB really depends on which team you are in.
