      Pros

      Free catered lunches - which are a ploy to ensure you come to office and eat at your desk.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership Team is a big red flag. Just when you think it can't get any worse, it will. You work only to please the toxic ELT; the HR bunch is a joke.

      Decent Workplace but No Bonuses/Appraisals yet

      Pros

      * Similar to other corporate workplaces, your worklife completely depends on your manager. My manager was difficult to deal with in the beginning when i joined. Then, there were a couple of critical priority tasks that had come up and I was able to deliver them on time and with client satisfaction. So now, Manager is pretty chill with me especially about login times and leaves. But this is not generally applicable. Other team mates have wildly differing opinions. I have mixed feelings * For now atleast , it's completely remote. One of the very few companies still offering this. I was able to enjoy almost 1 week travelling to places without availing any leaves. * Team is pretty helpful, but that's probably true in most other companies as well. but anyway worth mentioning.

      Cons

      * No BONUS since almost 2 years now. No Appraisal too. WFH is cool so still sticking around. but otherwise would have switched * Lot of senior engineers/ Upper mgmt left the company quoting vague reasons. Seems like trouble

      Pros

      I had a mostly stress free time in Solera.

      Cons

      Mediocre salary. All the seniors are gone and the company hired only juniors instead. Very often when you need assistance on certain tasks there is just nobody knowledgeable enough to ask for help.
