      Stable work. Decent starting pay. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Being forced to cross-train for other companies, which doubles the work and stress factors WITHOUT extra pay - even though they say there will be. Snarky ignorant management that will change protocols on a whim but not keep up with anything until is suits them.

      Pros

      A few good people with good intentions in middle management, trying to build company culture and improve the messiness that currently exists. It's a mish-mash of cultures and combined teams following acquisitions, so there is potential for the right people to earn trust and make an impact.

      Cons

      It won't change without a shift in leadership. There is no trust, poor communication, constant turnover, silo's and finger pointing. Decision-makers are detached from the business and unintentionally sinking the ship. They were not equipped to acquire so many company at once, and became hyper-focused on cost savings without supporting the infrastructure to keep the products and operations afloat.
