Some changes seem to be focusing on making the company better.

Cons

Interim CEO for over a year who is a principal of the investment company, so he has not connected with people as previous CEO (only lasted 4 months) or appear to have a desire to. No merit increases. Bonuses (if any) take 6 months to evaluate. HR Policy to not pay out earned PTO when an employee leaves the company was snuck into company policies via a memo that no one received. Just because you can does not mean you should. No development program. No educational program for employees. This company has a long way before ever being considered an employer of choice, but maybe they don't care about being that.

Decent work environment, straight forward job that required some thought, full time secure job

Cons

Stuck at 10 per hour permanently. No options to move up except management which is rare and only makes 12 per hour average with salary. Forced overtime and would get in trouble if you didn't rush people off of the phone
