Omnitracs was a really good company before it was bought by Solera, after Solera there were a lot of weird changes and people were let go just like that.

Cons

Weird environment after the acquisition of Solera, you're not sure if your job is safe out there.

It really was a great place to work. Management seemed to care

Cons

They were purchased in early June. The new owners announced permanent office shutdowns a few weeks later. Then they laid off a significant chunk of their staff in mid-July, including a large chunk of their US software development staff
