      Good Place to Start but not worthy to trust Management

      Give good compunsation to Fresher Spend good amount of money on Trainings

      Cons

      The management vision is not clear for future prospects. Old Tech stack and not upgrading to new technologies. Directors, VP and SVP's are running business without nowing teams competency and bluffing to client.

      Pros

      Someone may find good who is in .Net Technology Stack and have opportunity to work in Automobile and Insurance.

      Cons

      No alignment of Technology and Experience. No Work Life Balance Force to do the overlapping Hours Not a good pay master. we have to work more than 12 hours but we can't stay in office after 7 PM because cost will be on company and they won't pay single penny for anything. No relocation benefits. Unnecessary forced to come office but can't stay for all the meeting after 7 PM so travelling is pain.
