Pros

Tuittion reimbursement is great, Profit sharing,

Cons

This is a small company that is very top heavy with a lot of managers and team leads, but no middle structure. It didn’t take me long to figure out that they were a very cliquish organization. People form alliances and bond together, if you are not in the right click then you will find yourself with limited information to do your job and will be out the door as soon as they experience dry funding times (as all companies experience). They don’t have any minorities in any management or executive positions, and they don’t have a mentoring program, that they push, to cross-mentor and train new-hires into their jobs.

Pros

Nice benefits and perquisites (holiday parties, national tickets). Relaxed environment in most offices. Some very knowledgeable co-workers

Cons

Little room to move up or advance once you're are in the company. The company is small and there are "inner circles" that you can get into for job security and advancement. If you're in then all is well but if not then you are somewhat of an outsider

Pros

Promotions are based on performance (not tenure like some other reviews said) Relatively small company, so you can shine if you do good work Great culture and work/life balance Great benefits and compensation w/ bonuses, stock options, and 401(k) match ... I only left to pursue a completely different career

Cons

Not a lot of different projects to work on If you are not good at your job, they will let you go (not a "Con" for the rest of us, but probably why some past employees gave low ratings)
