Business Outlook

Pros

- Outstanding Benefits (Quarterly Bonus and Profit Sharing) - All Benefits paid for by Solers (Health, Dental, etc..) - Every employee gets their own office (Corporate HQ) - Good after work Social Events - Paid Parking - Young and ambitious group of employee's - Executive Management will actually stop and talk to you in the hall way. They know you by first name!!

Cons

- Minimal room for growth unless your "in" with management - Management consists of people who have worked for the company out of college. Need to learn how to treat their employee's - Working from home not allowed for non-managerial employee's - Low base salaries

Everyone is like a family there. They are mostly all veterans so understand the tranisition into the real world.

Cons

didn't really give time off for current military time.
