Pros

Exceptional pay and benefits. Lots of exciting technically challenging work opportunities and a great place to grow.

Cons

Solers is transitioning from a small business to a large business, but manage continues to operate like a small family run business.

Great Benefits Laid Back Environment Office Structure and space Headquarter buildings are nice Nice place to gain experience for new college hires

Evaluations are really arbitrary Training is almost non-existent Culture of "who knows who" Lots of whispering

Good benefits, and good pay

Cons

This company is decent while you work for them, however f you every quit or are laid off they will come after you, and don't even think about filing for unemployment (even if you are laid off), they will make every claim not to pay you. This company is known for not being very friendly to former employees and even battling some in court, and the management is more of a family business, last I checked the VP was married to the President and most of the high-level management teams have a good-ole boy network structure that has been in place for years.
