Don't trust them or what they tell you.

Pros

It is a good opportunity to be able to learn new skills.

Cons

They are truly not honest people at all. They let go of a few people before Halloween and ensured that no one else would be let go before the holiday. Two weeks later they let a lot of people go claiming that it would be better because other jobs will be hiring come the new year and its just better this way. They have done this a lot over the years and they are not trustworthy. Stay away from them.

Pros

Not many. Good location. The company does offer descent benefits. 3 percent match on 401k.

Cons

They do not pay there employees a good salary. 30k in Atlanta, GA is not a good salary. The company plays favorites and only celebrates management. If you not a professional politician then you need not apply.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some excellent colleagues and meet some wonderful people. I also had the opportunity to help several people find great positions where they could work. I got to grow many of my skills. Thomas Tatham is definitely a pro as he was helpful and was an excellent mentor for me to have when recruiting at this job. He helped keep me optimistic on the job and was very insightful when it came to good recruiting strategies. Kim Anders also gave me plenty of confidence to pursue this job. The opportunity to showcase new strategies for using LinkedIn and social media to my WPB team was fantastic because I truly felt like I helped teach them something new. I wish that I could've shown it to the other offices as well. The team is excellent at keeping you motivated at the job and encouraging you to do well. The culture is very motivating for hard work and collaboration for success. The culture and management is very open to allowing new ideas and strategies in the office which is very good for coming up with new ideas in the workplace.

Cons

While I don't mind being motivated, it would've been really nice to understand what I could've improved on before I was let go instead of at the moment. It came out of nowhere and was quite shocking. I feel that sometimes focusing so much on the positives can shield a person from seeing where one needs to improve. It was especially strange since my numbers were relatively solid according to several people that I talked to and the numbers backed this up. They were high despite the problem. I feel like being more open with my progress would've allowed me to solve the problem since I was told that I adapted pretty quickly because of how coachable I was told that I was. - Politics During my time there, I felt like there was tension between the two offices when it came to rules of engagement. I remember several instances where it seemed like the rules of engagement that we were supposed to follow were sometimes not followed or that there was a feeling of treatment issues between the different offices. I think this is definitely something that needs to be cleared up because it can damper morale in an otherwise friendly environment. - Social Media While this company does have its mark on social media by at least having some exposure, it's falling into the same trap that many organizations are when it comes to social media. It's becoming reliant on posts alone through updates on the profiles of recruiters and the social media pages but it could easily lock in the industry by building a community on LinkedIn and using it to engage pharmacists, techs and clients with specific issues and becoming the go to source for industry trends. Sharing updates and articles are solid, but they need to be driven towards community building instead of just posts alone and hope that the same people in the networks will like them. It also might want to consider reaching new outlets for reaching people in order to keep the supply high for specific talent especially when trying to reach those in specific in demand environments.
