      A Great Place to Start a Career

      Pros

      Soliant has some of the best training and support that Ive experienced. You get trained as a new hire and you are given coaches and mentors that are dedicated to helping you succeed. As I've moved into leadership, the training continued and has been vital to my growth with the company and as a person. There is almost unlimited growth and potential here. Whether you want to lead a group or run a desk as a recruiter/salesperson, the sky is the limit. The completive salary and amazing culture doesn't hurt either.

      Cons

      Starting off you will be in the office 5 days a week. PTO is accrued.

      I have been with Soliant for over a year, and it has been a great experience! The culture is one of inclusion, support, and growth, and I am learning something new every day. There is a focus on innovation, collaboration, and development, and the team is always willing to help each other out. Soliant offers plenty of flexibility, and the benefits and salary are competitive with other companies. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Soliant.
