Thank you for letting us know about your experience at Soliant. We are sorry that working as an Account Executive did not work out for you, and we wish you all the best in your next career endeavor. As a company, we work hard to provide clear performance metrics and support to team members to help them be successful, as well as ensure we are providing industry-competitive benefits and pay packages. We certainly don't take this feedback lightly and are constantly taking steps to provide a healthy and encouraging workplace and ensure we are providing fair compensation. Pros

Everyone is very supportive of one another even though your colleagues are your competition. They help keep motivation and morale up very well, I haven’t met a coworker who isn’t supportive of my success. There is an unlimited opportunity for growth with the uncapped commission. This position is really nice for new grads looking to get their foot in the door in the business world.

Cons

Management micromanages. If you have an off week, expect your supervisor to check on you and “set you straight”. PTO is also accrued (you get less than 4 hours every 2 weeks), which means new hires have absolutely no PTO. You also don’t get sick days, meaning you have to use PTO in the case that you’re sick.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We appreciate the feedback to better understand areas we can improve and areas working well. We are happy to see you are enjoying the team's culture. In regards to the benefits, these are standard across most companies in regards to PTO accrument and sick days bundled into PTO. As we are always looking for ways to improve, we do value your feedback on our currently offered benefits package and if you want to voice your concerns further, please email hr@soliant.com.
