      Pros

      Soliant has many opportunities for newbies in the industry. They taught me everything from the ground up to help me succeed in my career. Every coworker is there to help you with anything. The mentors are extremely diligent with every rookie on the floor, walking them through the entire day. Mental health is a top priority, creating a safe space for those who may struggle. As far as staffing, nothing feels better than connecting establishments in need with those looking for rewarding work.

      Cons

      Every job has its bugs. Soliant does it's very best to nip problems in the bud early on. I've never had an issue go unsolved. There is also a sense of competitiveness in the office. As much as everyone respects each other, people naturally look out for themselves at the end of the day. Time is limited, you have to put in the work every day to get what you want out of this job.

      They made me feel supported.

      Cons

      I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to renew my contract after I had said I did not want to renew. It's not much of a con, but I would have preferred if they limited asking to maybe 3 or 4 times.
