      Pros

      Moving cross-country and not knowing the area, Soliant made it an easy way to reach out to different places needing SLPs.

      Cons

      They are really just providing a body for the placement. Although my recruiter was nice, there wasn't really much knowledge or help from a therapy perspective.

      The work culture is great and the pay is alright. Made tons of friends. Easy first job especially fresh out of college

      Cons

      Management doesn’t seem to evolve and the job becomes monotonous
