      Pros

      Nice work environment, culture of positive thinking and support. Clear responsibilities, everyone knows what they are doing. Management is supportive: good communication, coaching, learning and development opportunities. I feel comfortable asking questions, speaking up during meetings and collaborating with my colleagues. Team spirit is strong, the company encourages people to stay long-term: Good compensation and regular employee recognition

      Cons

      COVID has changed the way we do some things, which has been a hassle for those of us who had already found our groove.

      Pros

      Ability to work towards commission.

      Cons

      Toxic management, little to no work from home flexibility, very limited pay, the list goes on. Look at the turnover and you’ll understand.
