Pros

Hanna Doughtie is the best recuiter, it is so nice to have someone on your side to help with everything between you and your employer. She is always looking for what’s next and has excellent communication with me.

Cons

I’ve heard from other pharmacy technicians that working with soliant is totally recruiter dependent and some people have had bad recruiters.

Managers are very easy-going. As long as the work gets done, you can make your own schedule. Very low stress, which is great for your mental health.

Cons

Not a lot of vacation time.
