With years of experience under their belt, Soliant's reputation as a strong and steady company within the travel healthcare and education industry is evident not only to its clinical staff and clients but to its corporate staff, as well. Many large companies lose the regular engagement between staff and their leaders and that's one of the things that sets Soliant apart from other companies for whom I have worked. My manager knows who I am and takes an interest in what helps me succeed on an individual level as well on the team as a whole.

Cons

Communication from upper management down to the desk level can be challenging at times.
