      Pros

      A great company that truly cares about the employees who put in the time and effort. If you show commitment to the company, they will invest in your growth.

      Cons

      Some policies are outdated and not up to date with market offerings.

      Pros

      Great benefits, A culture unlike any other company, great leadership. This is a company who cares for their employees careers and well being. Hands down, the best company to work for.

      Cons

      I have not come across any downsides.

      Pros

      If you commit to being mentally and physically present each day, working hard at learning your craft, and being a problem solver, there is nothing you can't accomplish here. I've always felt like I could trust our leadership team and that they genuinely have the employees best interest in mind. Soliant also provides excellent training and development opportunities for it's colleagues. Soliant is a wonderful company full of amazing professionals that depend on each other daily help make life better for those who make lives better in healthcare and education.

      Cons

      Nothing. Soliant is a great place to work.
