Soliant is a fantastic company to work for with a strong culture created from the top down. You can tell the senior leadership is passionate about the company and truly cares about the employees.

Cons

The company is primarily in office, with very limited work from home. This is a strategic decision and supports the culture, but some may see it as a negative.

Opportunity to make good money right out of college

hard work, declining market, lots of organizational changes, minimal PTO and no sick leave
