Great benefits. Great ability to continuously earn more with a hard work ethic and good people skills. Can earn work from home days.

Cons

Cold calling all day. Hard to get started. You have to earn 1 work from home day per each milestone you reach. They do not allow work from home for any reason. High turnover. Highly competitive, working against other recruitment agencies and your own colleagues.
