Pros

All of the work is done on a computer, you get to help professionals with some of their goals, experiences. You will be a favorite for your first couple of months. Work here if you are a new grad from a Fraternity/Sorority or played a sport ( Bonus if both).

Cons

Never able to fully have PTO/ FOMO, Pay structure is way behind other companies doing the same exact thing, in the office 100% every day, reactive setting, disdain toward AE's. We hear complaints when people do not want to choose to work more than 40 hours a week.
