Nothing with soliant. Cons would be candidates making work endlessly to accommodate their needs, which I love to do, then completely disregard that I am here to help you find a job, that’s why I’m here and why you’re here. Also, pay

The organization has changed and transformed over the past several years. And that's a good thing. Innovation is an important commitment the company has and that's evident throughout the office. The diversity of the teams allows employees to learn, thrive, and grow. I'm proud to work here. I feel like the work we are doing is changing lives, and who wouldn't want to be a part of that?

Cons

The commute can be tough. The job itself isn't easy, and success doesn't happen overnight. You've got to be all-in everyday.
