I never knew what cut my recruiter was getting from my contracts and whether decisions were made that benefitted the recruiter over my own interests?

Great benefits, nice people, lots of training

Cons

Rigid schedule, no work from home options until you’ve been there for years, not the best environment for working parents unless you started there and built up a block of business prior to having children
