      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and approachable. I had zero knowledge of the industry when I started 2 years ago and have asked 100s of questions, and my manager is so patient and kind. That’s not just true for her it’s for everyone. Not to mention everyone was referred by someone. That says a lot.

      Cons

      MICROMANAGEMENT. Whew. I had a lot of questions in the beginning but I know what to do now. I personally think your stats speak for themselves.

      They made me feel supported.

      Cons

      I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to renew my contract after I had said I did not want to renew. It's not much of a con, but I would have preferred if they limited asking to maybe 3 or 4 times.
