      Pros

      I've worked with a lot of staffing agencies but none come close to Soliant! It’s a supportive company with lots of guidance and openness. They don’t hide anything and they don’t hide behind anything. If you’ve got a question, they’ll answer it open and honestly, and also quickly. As long as you are putting in the work on you’re end, you can bet they’ll be doing the same on theirs. The recruiters are fantastic and I’ve loved working with mine. I’ve never had to speak to a manager, but I’m sure if I did it would also be a positive experience since I’ve yet to have a single bad experience with any member of the staff at Soliant. I would definitely recommend Soliant to anyone who is looking for a good staffing agency (either for the first time or to change from the one you’re currently using).

      Cons

      I don’t think going through a staffing agency is for everyone. At least not if you go in expecting them to be miracle workers or to be able to place you in a position you don’t actually have the skills and qualifications to occupy. They can’t find you a better job than you’re worth, but they can get you in for interviews that you wouldn’t have known about otherwise.

      Excellent training and onboarding

      Pros

      When you’re hired on, you’ll get the entire run-down of the company and go through an excellent training program. Then, when you start, you’ll be surrounded by people who want to help you succeed and are more than happy to offer advice, guidance, and help in any way they can. Everyone is incredibly supportive and it’s extremely hard to be bad at this job. Some people do manage to screw it up, but once you work here you’ll understand just how mind-boggling it is as to how.

      Cons

      Management’s support is borderline micromanagement at times.

      Fun, exciting, not stressful, friendly people, enjoyable work, achievement-oriented, plenty of job autonomy, no micromanaging

      Cons

      Must be self-motivated, must be quick to respond and forthcoming with communication
