      Weekly pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      Recruiters tend to be very cutthroat within the whole family of companies. If you don't have a very attentive recruiter one who searches for upcoming job opportunities for you, but waits for you to bring them jobs openings to them, you will still be chained to having to still use them even if a sister company approaches you with a better salary or benefits. That is why I left the whole umbrella of sister companies and went to a competitor.

      work/life balance, great colleagues, great management (dependent upon manager), opportunity for financial growth

      Cons

      micro managed to the fullest degree, not very encouraging, feels like you're being beat down quite often, toxic environment
