The people here are truly the best. I've worked with other recruiting companies (one slightly smaller and one much larger) and neither of them made me feel as supported I am here. I'm still fairly new to Soliant but even so, every single person I’ve spoken with/interacted with has been willing to help me with anything at any time. It’s been a very easy and stress-free experience overall.

Cons

Nothing so far. My experience with the company has exceeded expectations.

Excellent culture, supportive team environment, flex schedule, too many to list! It's so hard to find work environments like this anymore. Soliant truly invests in its employees and seeks to improve the lives of both internal employees and the healthcare professionals we work with every day. Your success here is directly correlated to the work and effort you put in. Soliant provides you with everything you need to be successful and the management team is readily available to help you achieve your goals as your grow in your career.

Cons

The company is growing almost too fast. We’re running out of room for everyone we need to keep up with the work load.
