Contract hires get cut first because they don't have a union and doesn't give you Ohio public benefits that you would get if you worked for them without a third-party staffing

Supportive leadership, but pay is lacking and no WFH

Pros

You get what you give. If you come in and give your best, you'll make money. Leadership is supportive from the bottom to the top. There's never a moment you are unsure of where you stand. All leaders have a desk of there own and most were grown from AE role, so they know how to coach on it.

Cons

Pay is terrible for the current economy No WFH option really until year 3
