Pros

Love the company culture and the fact that I’ve created great client and candidate relationships. Income growth I never thought I would make. No one got laid off because of the Covid pandemic when it hit the US last year. I love my job 100%.

Cons

No company is perfect but this organization has maintained its integrity and handles tough situations the way true leadership should.

Flexibility, relaxed atmosphere after you've proven your work ethic and showing results

Cons

Management could use training, there is a lot of quick growth out of necessity- but there are some basic things you shouldn't say or imply to employees that damages morale.
