Pros

I’ve worked as a recruiter for over ten years for a handful of different companies – some better than others. Soliant ranks as one of the more positive experiences I’ve had overall. As with a lot of people, nothing frustrates me more than being pounded over the head by strict methodology and a closed-door office environment. But that hasn’t once been the case in my time at Soliant. Rather, management makes time to critically listen to feedback and real changes are enacted as a result. It’s a much more positive experience as a result.

Cons

Compared to some of my previous work experiences, this one has been a cake walk and I can’t say there are any serious downsides.

You meet many interesting people and learn a lot working in new settings. It’s a good resent for the brain to move around to different pharmacy locations, keeps you on your toes always learning new things.

Cons

If you don’t like change you won’t like this kind of work.

Pros

The people were one of the best parts about working here. I’m still good friends with most of my coworkers and even a good number of the management team. Overall, I’d say I had a good experience at Soliant Health and I don’t regret the time I gave to the company.

Cons

I didn’t feel like there was enough room for me to grow, at least not in the capacity I wanted to or in the direction that I saw my career going long-term.
