      A company that makes you feel like family

      Pros

      Accommodate to your needs Flexible understanding very personable and they will do the best they can for you no matter what the situation is great place to work

      Cons

      There’s no sickleave right away so if you’re out of work for any reason per say a week after starting then you don’t get your Perdiem pay so it makes It rough if you’re in that situation also having a cushion if your in between jobs

      My agent was wonderful, pay was great, just did not have the sense of security of another contract

      Pros

      -Pay (stipends for housing and food, help negotiate for you legitimately, and it is weekly) -places you've never seen before or places closer to home if available -Connections are made that are worth having -Learning a ton of different software and operations, definitely good skills to have -My agent was incredibly nice and would follow up whenever needed

      Cons

      -No "on-call" pay, only paid if you have to go in while on call -Its tough to know if you will have a contract at the end of your current one which can be anxiety-inducing
