Pros

Company culture is the number one pro - it is a pleasure to come to work and be around the people here. If anyone doesn't fit in with the culture no matter how good they are at what they do then they won't be here for long. We are a work family. The work/life balance and flexibility after you have proven yourself is nice. Management and colleagues are open to new ideas or ways of doing things to improve. Self improvement is valued and encouraged here.

Cons

The structure is flat so advancement into a managerial role can be slow if that is your objective. I see it as a pro - the flatness of the structure means that I have a wider variety of tasks to do and am generally allowed to do them however I best see fit.

Pros

I've feel blessed to be able to work for such an amazing company that truly cares for all of their employees. It feels like family. They continually go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of - even during the pandemic. So many of my friends have lost their jobs and I'm blessed to have an employer who invested in their employees so no one lost their job.

Cons

It can be a competitive atmosphere and stress for at times if you can't hit your numbers.
