      - Convenient Location - Nice colleagues - Decent base -Do your research and choose wisely.

      Cons

      - The commission is garbage; 2% of the gross margin dollar (practically nothing) - Lack of transparency amongst management - Favoritism - The managers will say one thing to your face and talk negatively behind your back - Younger managers need more training and need to flirt less with Account Executives in the Allied division - Lack of diversity in upper management

      Fun, Fast-Paced work environment

      Pros

      The support here is incredible! People are always willing to lend a helping hand. The training is extensive but prepares you for the job. And there are so many fun work group activities that make this place a fun place to work every day!

      Cons

      Its a competitive environment - so if you aren't competitive it may be hard to adjust to. But still a supportive work place!!
