      Good assignments for the most part.

      When I first started. I was only given emergency relief but that changed later to scheduled.

      Pros

      You get out of it what you put in. It is a meritocracy, and the people who are performing are rewarded for it--so it is a fun, exciting place to work for the people putting in the effort and getting the results.

      Cons

      There are many ups and downs, especially in the first year or so. You have to be willing to stick it out and see it through. Thankfully, there are little wins along the way that help. You really, really can't be quitter to do this job.
