      Soliant has great employees that really care about you! I did an assignment through them and all the paperwork was handled very quickly and diligently and I was able to start my job right away. My point of contact was Ileana Hernandez and she personally called and checked on me before and after I started my assignment. They always provided me with resources very quickly whenever I had any concerns such as insurance. They even sent me a Starbucks gift card for pharmacy week:) I cannot be more satisfied with their professionalism and compassion. Love this company!

      I am a current employee at Soliant (four years) and have fond it to be an exceptional place for me and my career.

      It can be hard starting out. You must give it at least one year of really hard work to start making really good money
