      A Good Place To Start One's Career- But Don't Stay

      Good training program Some co-workers are extremely helpful Technology is improving For those who enjoy team-building activities, they are plentiful

      Cons

      The managers are former account executive who have done well and have been promoted to manage; however, they often lack the training, skills, and ability to manage people and teams. As other reviews state, there truly is very little opportunity to advance. There is a lot of micromanaging.

      Soliant was very aggressive in finding me a job, however only a temp assignment. Pay was always timely and correct

      Only had temp assignments, too many recruiters working on what turns out to be the same job under multiple listings

      Pros

      I have worked as a contract RN through Soliant health for a few years and have been pleased with all aspects of the process. Your rep is available when needed and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. New contracts are negotiated in a timely manner with your input on rate and hours. All staff in Ga office have maintained a friendly positive attitude throughout my employment with them.

      Cons

      If benefits are needed they are expensive.
