      Soliant Health is a company that has a great culture, tons of training, good reputation in the industry. No micro, and managing but there is a supportive team in place to assist, overall great place to work. The skills learned here can be applied anywhere.

      The con is actually a pro, you have to be committed to success in order to be successful here and truly bought into the tried and tested system.
