Easy job when you're young.

Cons

Management was immature and disrespectful. There were odd ways to handle drama.unless you're addicted to the job you won't make a lot. If you're new you won't be respected as much and your word means nothing.

Leadership provided consistent training efforts.

Cons

A lot of bureacracy and favoritism in the workplace. You may not get good leads which can impact your ability to close a deal. They also have bad billing practices and will lowball the healthcare professionals to make a better deal for the company instead of the recruit.
