      Pros

      I worked at Soliant Health for 4+ years and the experience was wonderful! Most of the staff had been there for some time and I saw that as a big positive when accepting the position. Teamwork at Soliant was first class---everyone got along very well, both professionally and personally. Also the training I received at Soliant was very good. I came from an IT background and the training by my branch manager was extremely thorough. I would recommend working at Soliant to anyone who’s lucky enough to be offered a job!

      The only challenge I saw here was to challenge myself.

      Soliant Health is ALL about effort and results. If you are expecting to water a seed one day, and then walk back to the garden the next morning and see a gigantic beanstalk - keep looking... you won't find that here. If you're someone who can operate on a consistent basis, and you understand what investing your time means, you might just fit in at Soliant! We are a social, energetic group that thrives on the concept that 'you get out what you put in.' You really can change your life here - I am living proof!

      Cons

      I don't have much to add here, unless you are a negative, pessimistic person. CAUTION: Soliant is an upbeat, happy, results-driven environment with positive leadership and even better colleagues!
