the work can be repetitive but there is plenty of opportunity. You are given resources and expectations are set to help you succeed in the role. There is internal competition, but that is present in any sales job. you can make 6 figures quickly and earn flexibility. Competitive compensation.

Cons

you have to earn all business, you don't take on any business at hire. the job starts fully onsite, but you earn the option to work from home.

Great Culture and Great Company for an Entry Level Role

Pros

You have the freedom to earn as much as you desire, provided that money is a priority for you. However, for me, it was more than just financial gain. Soliant was a true family to me, and working in the healthcare imaging division was undoubtedly the best job I’ve ever had. The only reason for my departure was an issue with timeliness. Despite this, it was an excellent company to work for overall. I’m excited to see where this experience will lead me. In the past three and a half years, I’ve experienced significant growth, formed strong partnerships, and had the pleasure of working with incredibly talented colleagues.

Cons

Flexible schedule is a major advantage. However, it can be challenging if you have business on the West Coast. Regardless of your level of production, time management is crucial overall.
