-when you're offered a job, they are quick to ensure you will start on your scheduled start date; quick to get you papers to sign, physicals done, etc -quick to fix timesheet edits and ensure you're paid correctly

Cons

-once you get a job with them, there's little to no conversation between you and your recruiter

Pros

This job rewards hard work and passion, plain and simple. The harder you work, the more you can make. Tons of opportunity for those looking to break into the recruiting field. I genuinely loved the workplace environment, and I'm still in contact with my former coworkers. You have easy access to leadership, who are generally very easy to approach. Great for entry level employees with a high-level of energy/work ethic and communication skills.

Cons

You will be expected to spend a solid portion of your day on the phone while also juggling client relations and pay schedules. It's a competitive field, and the market can get volatile at times.
