The contracts run during school year. Every time school closes, I have to worry about getting a part time job.

-Recruiter was very friendly, supportive and nice. -able to negotiate pay. Asked during interview what previous pay was then asked if I wanted hire -onboarding all online -time sheets online -contract with Monterey Peninsula School District, After School program staff - MPUSD Staff supportive and helpful -Soliant quick to approve MPUSD hour changes

Cons

-recruiter not on site so never actually saw work -time difference (PT vs ET) -as part time no benefits
