Pros

Making a dent in the healthcare talent shortage is fulfilling in a way that other jobs never were. Training and mentorship in my first years was priceless. Senior leadership is available and sits in the cubes next to me.

Cons

The job starts in office but does reward WFH days as you grow. Staffing is always tough because you are working with people.

All the advantages of working for a successful and stable mid to large company, while still enjoying a family feel. Consistent leadership, clear vision, tremendous growth opportunities. I enjoy the work and enjoy the people even more.

Cons

Soliant is 100% in-office, so if you are looking for remote work it is not the place for you.
