Everyone is very supportive of one another even though your colleagues are your competition. They help keep motivation and morale up very well, I haven’t met a coworker who isn’t supportive of my success. There is an unlimited opportunity for growth with the uncapped commission. This position is really nice for new grads looking to get their foot in the door in the business world.

Cons

Management micromanages. If you have an off week, expect your supervisor to check on you and “set you straight”. PTO is also accrued (you get less than 4 hours every 2 weeks), which means new hires have absolutely no PTO. You also don’t get sick days, meaning you have to use PTO in the case that you’re sick.

Pros

Pretty much an average contracting company for therapists. I was able to negotiate pay a bit, but capped out after a year.

Cons

Like all contracting companies you are at the mercy of the school district. My recruiter didn't do much to advocate for me.

The recruiters I have worked with have been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

On the flip side sometimes the recruiters push you into jobs that you don't want to take when you have given them specific requirements for a job.
