Pros

Great pay, and the benefits program was designed for a much larger, more profitable company.

Cons

Poor senior leadership. They take forever too make decisions. And when they finally do, they change their minds drastically without really much thought. Hard to build anything worthwhile or long lasting. Toxic culture with no room to grow and develop.
