HR doesn't answer the phone, turned off email addresses

Pros

Pay was good. There was good talent. I liked the industry. We made a ton of progress while I was there. I wasn't staying up all night like my previous company.

Cons

Lay-offs were not handled well. Lots of problems with COBRA enrollment not flowing through correctly to Health and Vision. HR turned off lay-off-specific email addresses and now doesn't answer the phone - 6 hours on hold - nothing. All the best leaders were scrapped. New leadership structure is awkward.
