Pros

Remote/hybrid work, Unlimited FTO (based on manager approval)

Cons

Uncertainty in SSD industry, compensation structure to be changed, seems very controlled by Korean company and is changing American work culture to make it more like the Korean one

Pros

All in all, the team members and co-workers have been great to work with. Company has great potential if it can snap out of this slump.

Cons

Tough times call for strong teamwork, honesty, and transparency. Senior leadership lacks transparency and honesty. While they tell us to "trust them," they continue to lie, play games, and manipulate people through this downturn. I get it, there are some things they cannot control; however, honesty and transparency are things they can control. When getting caught in more and more lies and manipulation, though, that trust is eroded. I question whether the current leaders can get us through this downturn.
