Pros

Job was relatively easy, when tasks were readily available. Hourly rate was decent, although could've been better on a prevailing wage worksite.

Cons

Leads/project managers/site supervisors were turning over monthly as the project went on. Little-to-no direction given, leads constantly placed decision-making onto techs, and rarely took ownership of the project. No PTO or holiday pay. Benefits were subpar for industry.
