Good management, Good people, good corporate structure

Cons

Management is to busy to ask questions. Management is spread pretty thin. Office envoirnment has its clicks. Not a lot of room to grow or advance in company.

Descent benefits French made food available (at your cost) Wonderful other team to colab with

The HR policies vary from team to team. Some depts are very open and flexible. Others are rigid and full of micromanaging. I can only speak for the group I was in because other teams were lovely Very difficult to take vacation illogical work volume with no extra compensation Unkind coworkers creating an unpleasant place to come everyday impersonal and a lack of understand for employees being humans with lives and situations outside of the office Lack of bilingualism. In the office Montreal office is fine, but documentation from corp, town halls, etc were all in French and there is staff all over north america.
