      At solotech, we are offered a comprehensive benefits package. different insurance coverage options. pension plan option is available as well. The pay is good. The culture is very collaborative, inclusive and friendly. very good communication with employees and lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      I wish they would increase the employer contribution to the pension plan. its only 2%. The office area could be better as well.
